I'm very sorry to have to write this negative review, but I found this practice difficult and unpleasant to deal with.
Firstly the receptionists do not speak English, which of course is perfectly reasonable in a German speaking place, but adds to time and delay in scheduling, and also to misunderstandings.
I had a long and ultimately completely unsuccessful journey to try to see Dr Winnicki. I spoke to him once on the phone, during which he spoke over me and barely enquired as to my actual condition. In order to get him to listen to me, I had to completely stop speaking and let the conversation go quiet, before he realised he had been monologuing and actually might require information from me as the patient in order to proceed!
I had to cancel two appointments due to a family medical emergency (triple bypass surgery of close family member abroad); the first cancellation unfortunately happened on the very day of the appointment, which I apologised for and indeed duly paid for. The second happened within their stated cancellation period.
Without offering a shred of empathy, Dr Winnicki said that due to the cancellation "he no longer wanted to see me". Nothing further - no, sorry your family member needed emergency serious surgery abroad; no - thanks for prior custom and payment!
I find this to fall short of professional medical standards of communication and emotional maturity.
