I recommend Elm York Assisted Living for anyone who needs that type of service. Several years ago, when my cousin was in pretty bad shape physically and financially, I helped him get admitted. Elm York immediately addressed his needs, both short-term and long-term. Medical services relieved his deteriorated condition, while social and food services supported and nourished him after that. He thrived. He loved the place and the people, and he so appreciated the personalized care. Unfortunately, my cousin died this past weekend after needing hospice care. Nevertheless, I am grateful to Alla and the rest of the staff for the services they provided to my cousin at Elm York while he lived there. Thank you so much.

I've lived at Elm York Assisted Living for over a year now, and I can honestly say that it's the best place I've ever lived. The administration and staff members are so friendly and caring. They always go out of their way to make sure that I'm happy and comfortable.

I especially want to thank Alla, the head of administration. She's truly an angel. She's always there to listen to me and help me with whatever I need. She's also a great leader, and she runs Elm York with compassion and respect.

I also love the food at Elm York. It's always delicious and nutritious. The chef and his team do an amazing job.

All of the staff members at Elm York are very helpful and respectful. They're always there to lend a hand, and they always treat me with dignity. I feel so lucky to have such wonderful people in my life.

I've seen many people come and go from Elm York, and I've always been impressed with how the staff cares for them. They make sure that everyone feels at home and loved.

If you're looking for a place to live or you're trying to find a place for your loved one, I highly recommend Elm York Assisted Living. It's a truly special place.

My recent stay at Elm york was nothing short of heartwarming. From the people I met to the services provided, it was an experience worth sharing.

Firstly, the staff here are incredibly friendly, and their genuine care shines through. Whether it was the welcoming administration, diligent housekeeping, attentive nurses, or capable management, everyone did their job exceptionally well.

One delightful surprise was the food; it's both delicious and healthy, tailored to individual tastes. The thoughtfulness in the menu choices truly impressed me.

My room was a comfortable oasis with a cozy bed and a TV stocked with various channels. A good night's sleep was guaranteed.

The case managers, Sara and Leo, were the real gems. They were patient, understanding, and incredibly helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Sadly, it's time to bid adieu as I miss my family and must care for my grandkids. But I leave with gratitude for the wonderful experience and fond memories of my stay.

Elm York Assisted Living has been a great experience for me. I lived at the facility over a year now. The facility is very clean and the employes are great. The room is kept very neat and is cleaned daily. The laundry service provided at the facility is excellent. The housekeeping department is very quick and efficient. The Home Health Aides was attentive with providing services upon request. The Nursing department were great providing services and any issue I had would be dealt with within 24hours. The nurses had great communication with the doctors on site, which I liked. The medication department is great and always had a smile on their faces. The Dining room atmosphere is nice. The tablemates I have are friendly and talkative, which made it comfortable for me. Beef and chicken with potatoes or rice are both my favorite dishes. I must add that breakfast is by far the best meal of the day. The recreation department is wonderful at hosting events, and I would often participate. The Case Management department are very helpful and respectable with dealing with any issue that I needed assistance with. The administration department staff are friendly, and I was able to speak to them about any issue. I have recently decided to leave the facility to live closer to my family, however I would recommend Elm York Assisted Living.

In addition, I must say that that I am astonished by how the covid procedure is done here. Everything is sanitized daily, and we are required to wear masks and practice social distancing. All the residents, including myself, are tested to ensure the spread of Covid does not escalate in the facility. For those who are tested positive, they are immediately isolated and monitored by on-site nurses and doctors.  Elm York ensure that all of their staff and visitors that enters the building does a covid screening of temperature and questionnaires to ensure other residents safety.

I must give a heartfelt mention to the remarkable Case Management team. Their professionalism and compassion shine through as they address personal and physical concerns with genuine care. Elm York's Case Management has been an invaluable resource, making my stay comfortable and stress-free. Their expertise and support are the pillars of my contentment here.
