Started working seriously on this project in September. We got a bid for our Annual Meeting invite for bulk mail and printing. Nothing was explained how to move forward as we have never done this printing, they expected me to know about bulk mailing. We started working with Team Mustang that consisted of 3-4 different employees, they apparently work as a group which I wouldn’t have minded. BUT While communicating, I would have no idea who was responding on the team, I asked if they could include their name when responding - they did not.
When I sent in our finals for printing they updated the quote to almost double what the original one was, thequote team got it wrong, but pricing was adjusted… I got abad feeling here, and I should have gone with my gut. Turns out the timing on our project was never listed as rush, my conversation with daynnea, I made rystal clear, this is a rush because of date deadlines.
Our meeting is Nov 17, we hve ballots that needed to bereturned and counted. Note: there are two projects that arein to Printing for less that are not to be mixed up to keepseparate they use our mailing list and no way shape forform could they receive or see list. There would be legalissues as this was prepittory info. When order went toproduction, mailing dates would arrive too late. I told them this was unacceptable and what could be done, I would pay extra to get this out sooner, the website indicated to gethold of them if we need a rush job which I requested.Mustang team sent me to a supervisor that would not budge even after explaining the deadlines on the timing, they needed time to complete, she suggested to go 1st class mail, I said you are kidding me right......no she said. I said then don't you think it's fair to split the cost and she said no. she also refused to invoice our company saying they would not start the job until it is paid for. I had to use my personal credit card. I Requested 4 times communications form the president to return my call since email is no where to be found on line nor is anyones email for that matter. Aparently customers are not a priorety for the President on down. To date our printing and mailing will be going out late and no cumminication from the company. STAY AWAY.

I am a realtor in Minneapolis and have been using PFL for over a decade, and my experience with them has been fantastic. They consistently deliver beautiful products and are a pleasure to work with. Recently, I received my stunning new business cards and started distributing them with excitement. However, I noticed a minor error that I had missed during proofing. After discussing it with PFL, they not only offered me a discount on a new order but also expedited the printing and shipping. I'm extremely pleased with their product and customer service. I'll give them points for effort and working through problems, but the business cards that I received was not a product that was acceptable. The first version was off center, the second had small tears on every card and the paper quality of third version was thinner/different color than all the others. They tried to work through issues but every time a rework was done, a different issue arose. They ultimately refunded my money so they stuck to their word of customer satisfaction but it was a painful process with different customer care representatives. Even 3 months after the fact, my credit card was charged and then refunded from an accounting error on their part. When I called, they said, "well that's not my department so I don't know what they did." It was honestly a lot of headache and let-downs and ultimately, I had to go with a different supplier after months of effort.

Not as professional as they say they are. The first quote was way off with no explanation. The area we were looking to cover in an EDDM campaign was 3 zip codes with about 30,000 addresses. The quote was for 500, 1,000 & 2,000. So I called to clarify. The next representative then wanted me to do the quote myself. I didn’t feel comfortable doing that… since this is not my expertise. I sent a map to them(which they claim “didn’t get because of technical issues.” ) FYI. I see the receipt and open notification to the original email. The representative said she was going to call back with an updated quote, that never happens. Then i got in touch with them again only to get dumped as a client for not being nice. Welp here’s a 1 star not-so-nice review. Good to know customer service it king still and even these people are comfortable enough to make you do their job. This was a small job that would have made them only $3000.00 but lost a potential customer with future jobs too.

Absolutely magnificent experience!

Order was beautifully handled from start to finish and they accommodated my every need and change (There were many!). If you're looking for a spectacular print company with full capabilities including foil & emboss, there is no other company I would suggest.

I can't emphasize emphasize enough that if you are not using PFL you are most likely doing it wrong. They've met or beat every deadline I've had, and the product is always of phenomenal quality. The customer service is excellent. I've contemplated inviting all of the reps I've dealt with to my birthday party. Still might.

Just received my order - a week early!!! I can't say enough good things about Printing for Less. I stepped into a job where the former employee set up the account with them. I called them to see if I could reset the account to be under me. They took care of all of that and then showed me what I needed and how to place an order. They are very easy to work with, the quality is excellent - just what I ordered, and the turn around time never ceases to amaze me. I can't recommend them enough.

BUYER BEWARE! Our grassroots group hired PFL to print and send out 15,000 EDDM postcards and many members of our group in different zip routes never received their postcards.

PFL calls itself a "full-service mailing house" on its website. IT IS NOT. PFL contracts out delivery to the USPS, and has NO WAY OF TRACKING DELIVERIES TO HOUSES. And when we tried to contact the Red Team/"Customer Service" about our missing deliveries (almost half of our order...) we were ignored, yelled at and told there was nothing they could do.

PFL's promotes their 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee and it is anything but 100%... it is conditional and they could care less if their customers are satisfied with their order. Only after our group pressed PFL for information, we discovered that 3 zip routes didn't even make it to the post office from PFL! They could tell us this because all they do is track the bulk deliveries that leave PFL and arrive at the USPS. Once the item is delivered to the post office, PFL takes no responsibility for.

I have NEVER dealt with a company so poorly managed with such horrendous "customer service" as PFL. And if Sara or Bethany is on your account, run away! I would not recommend PFL to my worst enemy. (ok, maybe THE VERY WORST enemy...) Learn from our experience and find someone else for your project, you will save yourself many headaches and possibly some money.
