Hands down the best possible outcome out of the worst scenario. My dog Kodak was hit by a car and the staff here was amazing. Literally did everything to help him and us after this traumatic event. They brought us snacks and blankets and made sure we were comfortable while they treated Kodak. If I could rate this place 10000 stars I would. Can’t remember the ladies name who brought us the snacks, but she had glasses and was awesome. Also Ashley was amazing as well and the ER doctor Maxwell!

A huge thank you to Drs. Nina and Cody, plus vet techs Ashley and Dalia for taking great care of Barry this week. It was a scary time and everyone was awesome. Going to the emergency vet is not a cheap experience, but money well spent to ensure the safety of our dog. If emergency services are needed, I highly recommend this clinic!!

11/10! Can’t recommend VEG enough. No one wants to visit an emergency clinic, but if we must, this is #1 on my list! I wish all vet clinics had an open concept or at least allowed humans to stay with their fur babies. Huge thanks to the amazing staff for making our pup (and me) comfortable during our overnight stay ❤️

Carlos and I had quite the journey with VEG, and I can't thank them enough for their care. We first visited on Sunday, the 15th, for a possible blockage. After X-rays confirmed it, Carlos stayed on fluids before heading to his primary vet for surgery the next morning.

Post-surgery, Carlos struggled to get comfortable at home. His vet dismissed it as normal discomfort, but his swelling and pain worsened, prompting a return to VEG for IV pain relief. The staff's kindness and attentiveness were unmatched—they even set up a room for us to stay together overnight--I'm sure they were hoping I'd leave at some point ;). What started as one night became two as his incision site developed severe swelling and infection, and Carlos refused to eat or drink.

He was discharged Thursday morning after eating some baby food, but by evening, he grew lethargic again. On Friday, his incision opened completely, and we rushed back to VEG for emergency surgery and a few more nights there. Dr. Novikoff saved his life with that surgery and I am forever grateful for her.

The doctors—Dr. Novi, Dr. Q, Dr. Cody, Dr. Nina—and the entire nursing team were amazing. Without them, Carlos wouldn’t have made it. Their care turned a challenging week into one where we felt supported every step of the way. I only wish they could be his primary vet, as their level of compassion and expertise is unmatched.

We were finally discharged on Monday morning, and while it was a momentous occasion -- I did not want to leave!

Thank you, VEG for saving my boy. Best Christmas gift I could ask for <3

I would highly recommend VEG for any pet owners that are experiencing an emergency. My big man Draco collapsed at 4:30AM, and we were at VEG by 5. Staff is very attentive, personable and kind. They were realistic with treatments and I really loved getting to be with my boy the entire time. Seriously cannot say enough good things. Thank you for all that you do!

I couldn't possibly hope for anyone else to receive less than the most incredible support and veterinary medicine in an emergency situation. I did race to the reviews of Emergency Clinics to skim before deciding and I'm glad it landed my two dogs here. I was in a state of shock and panic when I arrived. Arriving to totally transparent open floor plan building, seeing the doctor immediately, having supportive staff clearly and empathetically communicate with me, I knew I was lucky to be here. I am profoundly grateful to Nicole Quintero, DVM for saving my dogs life. In my moment of complete terror I truly felt my family was not only in expert hands, but surrounded with compassionate devoted doctors, supportive staff and administration. Dizzy and Disco are now home safe, healthy and survived. 1000 Gold Stars

Dr Kristen was amazing, I came in at 2am because my cat was shivering a lot, snot coming out of his nose and coughing for the last 2 days and I was very concerned for his health. She did amazing and he felt comfortable w everyone there, usually he’s not that friendly. They did blood work/IV and got sent home w medications, and thankfully this place wasn’t pushy about adding other work done and understanding!

Dr. Cody and the entire team of nurses and support staff did an amazing job at helping Hank through his medical episode. They showed a level of care and professionalism that I have not experienced before - particularly notable given the high emotions the team has to deal with when a pet is in distress.

Dr. Cody matched my mood and emotional state which put me at ease. He was not detached, or overly-clinical. He spoke to me like a friend but in a professional manner. He delivered all information clearly and directly, even when the message was a difficult one (Hank’s potential future outlook). My family came to visit Hank and at times my kids were interrupting Dr. Cody or causing distractions while Dr. Cody was delivering information. Dr. Cody was unphased. He maintained his composure and even joked around with the kids before getting back to his diagnosis.

The entire team made me feel at home at at ease. They brought my family chairs to sit near Hank. They brought coloring for my daughter. And they brought me snacks and drinks. They often asked if there was anything they could do to make me feel more comfortable. Overall I had an exceptional experience at VEG, and while I hope not to have to come back - if I do, I know I will be in great hands.
